The original packaging and any accompanying accessories must be returned.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a defect, Rfaheya | رفاهية will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions:
